Our L'Étoile des Rosés combines the Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir grapes with the fresh minerality of our limestone marl terroir.

The Neverland Rosés Experience impressively shows the pleasure highlights that high-quality rosés reveal when they are allowed to mature. Our L'Étoile des Rosés Late Release is a dry, fresh rosé that packs a punch. With elegance, balance and full flavor, it brings the Neverland drinking flow at a high level that turns evenings into experiences.

A subtle nose that underlines the spiciness of the Cabernet Sauvignon with herbs, a little nut butter, hints of stone fruit and red fruits. In the mouth, more subtle fruit tones such as cherry, peach and red berries, plus a green spice (willow), a little brioche and wonderful freshness with subtle roasted aromas in the finish.

Our L'Étoile des Rosés goes excellently with fried fish or white meat with zucchini and tomato... but is also an absolute delight on its own.
