Wine pairing menus have the potential to work their own magic, and to turn an evening into a night to remember.
Last week's evening at Rebekah's in Malta - an exceptional fine dining restaurant recommended by the Michelin Guide - featured an excellent menu created by Chef Andrew Vella and a perfect selection of some of our finest wines, provided by our local partner Wine Merchants.
The night's highlights included stracciatella ravioli with Iranian saffron beurre blanc, smoked trout roe and local peas paired with our Force of Nature Müller Thurgau 2015, and grilled veal fillet paired with our Silvaner Réserve 2016.
