Costs (inclusive of VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We calculate shipping costs at a flat rate of €9.50 per order.
An order of €140.00 or more is delivered free of charge.
When shipping bulky goods (forwarding shipping), we charge as follows:
Orders of 120 bottles or more are delivered by a forwarding agent. In this instance, we recommend that you notify us by telephone for this delivery option, as we only cover the first delivery attempt.
Bulky goods are marked as such in the article description.
International deliveries:
Shipping costs for deliveries outside of Germany are charged a flat rate as follows:
Up to 12 bottles

Luxembourg: €21.00

For deliveries to islands, a surcharge of €5.50 will be added to the shipping costs.
Delivery times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 6 working days, and for deliveries abroad, within 5 - 9 working days from your order date. If advance payment has been agreed, these times are calculated from your payment date.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

More payment details
Payment via invoice is only possible for authorities and registered companies.
The invoice amount is to be paid within 14 days in the case of payment on account.
When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that the account has sufficient funds on the announced date.
