2020 Opus K

A prestige white wine cuvée with a captivating arc created for the Käfer delicatessen institution in Munich. Together with sommelier and maître Alessandro Borioni, we've dreamt up a superlative Burgundy cuvée with a vibrant finish.

" TThe nose is certainly buttery, buttered sweetcorn, and there is a notable play of lime, sweet citrus, oven-roasted oats, honey, nutmeg, apricot stone and golden apples that could certainly put you in a Meursault frame of mind. It's ambitious and the Class brothers have carried it off."

" Braised fennel and dried pears, apricot flowers and curry leaf. Hint of clove, sour cream, saffron. Rich flavours that settle into almost soporific indolence, easing towards the citrus-spike caramels of cheesecake but never losing the glint of Germanic discipline in the precision-engineered acidity. Very impressive."

2020 Eden Sauvignon Blanc

The best grapes from our Sauvignon Blanc vineyard were allowed to mature for a year in 320L barrels. We relied on traditional cooper craftsmanship from Burgundy, which, in this case, has made a name for itself in the Loire Valley.

" Golden and spiced, bone dry but slow swirling in unctuous weight. Ripe pineapple, sliced and drenched in juice. Sage. Kiwi. Cardamom. Strong, broad flavours and acidity rippling out in gradually widening circles, easily carrying the age of the wine. Bitter mint on a long finish and the sense of stalactites-piercing-honey in the texture. This is excellent!"
