2021 GOT (GOOD OLD TIMES) organic*

Our homage to three (almost) forgotten grape varieties from Rheinhessen. The third organic vintage of our flagship product, 100% hand-picked, whole-cluster pressing, spontaneous fermentation with the vineyard's own yeasts, 6 months of sedimentation and 10 months of bottle ageing for the perfect balance.

Delicate, dry cuvée with a long presence on the palate. Adorable fruit bouquet of lychee, rose, apple and delicate spice. Elegantly interwoven and wonderfully unobtrusive. Straightforward taste with a fine acidity and subtle fig fruit in the finish.

2019 NEVERLAND BLANC Chardonnay organic*

The grapes from the 2019 vintage were selectively picked by hand and, after pressing, aged in four different 225L barriques. French oak, Palatinate oak, American oak and acacia wood bring a tension to the minerality and fruit of the grape.

"Light golden yellow. Fine smoke, honeydew melon, saffron, apricot. Quite full-bodied and soft on the palate with juice and fine spice, powerfully built, increasing volume in the middle of the palate, good substance, fine acidity, minerality, well-kept phenols, appears noble, ends spicy ." Falstaff Wine Guide 2021

2020 CLASS A – Grauburgunder from Kalkriff organic*

Here we bring together the extremes of reductive and oxidative facets that we take from the vineyard into the wine cellar and can thus present a wine that combines no less than five Pinot Gris styles in a unique balance. The result is a multi-faceted pioneer.

We like to call him an elephant on tiptoes, because at first it appears elegant and structured. With a mouth-blown glass, as well as heat and time, it turns up like a herd of elephants in a sprint.

2022 Jurassic Sands Sauvignon Blanc **

In 2019 we were able to purchase a small plot of an older Sauvignon Blanc vineyard. The vines are currently in the process of converting to organic viticulture. The first grapes were very promising. We opted for an early and a later harvest time and thus brought the full potential from 2022 into our wine cellar in two selective manual harvests. Deposits from the Jurassic period have significantly shaped these soils. Various sands from the river Rhine, on whose former bank Vendersheim lies, were deposited in the Sauvignon Blanc location.

Green aromas such as freshly cut grass and gooseberries dominate in 2022, but there are also hints of ripe passion fruit and stone fruit on the nose and on the palate. A subtle saltiness and well-integrated acidity also bring the Sauvignon Blanc's own drinking flow to light.

2021 CLASS A – Pinot Gris from Limestone Marl organic*

The best of five Pinot Gris styles combined, precisely reflects the limestone marl on which the vines grow in our vineyard in Vendersheim and is rounded off by the charm of Pinot Gris.

Delicately spicy bouquet with hints of olive herb and thyme, some pear, apple, melon and walnut. Creamy fruit taste with gentle acidity and subtle fruit sweetness. The pronounced minerality makes it really crunchy at the end.

2019 L'Étoile des Rosés dry organic*

Potent rosé made from Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon
This rosé had what it took to become a real red wine. This is not about extracting the juice from our red wine, but rather about whole-cluster pressing of potent red wine grapes.

Sensual fruit reminiscent of green gooseberries, strawberries and lychee, but at the same time dry.

2020 CLASS A – Pinot Gris from Limestone Marl organic*

The best of five Pinot Gris styles combined, precisely reflects the limestone marl on which the vines grow in our vineyard in Vendersheim and is rounded off by the charm of Pinot Gris.

Delicately spicy bouquet with hints of olive herb and thyme, some pear, apple, melon and walnut. Creamy fruit taste with gentle acidity and subtle fruit sweetness. The pronounced minerality makes it really crunchy at the end.

2020 EDEN Sauvignon Blanc dry**

The best grapes from our Sauvignon Blanc vineyard were allowed to mature for a year in 320L barrels. We see the ageing in wooden barrels as an opportunity for the wine to become even more delicate and not as a way to absorb wood or roasted aromas. This opportunity to mature and oxidise was allowed the wine to become more calm, deep and subtle -it's fun to deal with this Garden of Eden.

Flowers, taut tangerines, ripe passion fruit, subtle creaminess, beautiful draw and all in an elegant harmony that dances across the tongue and then encompasses the entire palate.

2019 HARAKIRI SF10**

For us, Harakiri stands for a Pinot Noir Noir cuvée that has a little more funk than you would expect from Pinot Noir alone. Burgundy aficionados may know this variety as the elegant, pick-up wines of our French colleagues. 2019 enchants with the wonderful energy of the hot summer paired with the coolness of Pinot Noir and the spice of Cabernet Sauvignon and Blauer Portugieser.

Red fruits, cherry, blackberry, currant, subtle use of wood, black pepper, warm and cool at the same time.

2021 Weissburgunder Mineral dry organic*

Pinot Blanc as it can and should be. 2019 and 2020 were already revelations. 2021 shows a little more grip on the palate. This is not an undefined mainstream Pinot Blanc, but the result of consistently implemented organic work in the vineyard and gentle hand-picking. Here we have a prime example of a Pinot Blanc that is fun but also has a high level of taste and quality. Completely matured in steel tanks, we bring the terroir and fully ripe but not overripe Pinot Blanc grapes to the palate.
