Our Chardonnay Réserve was hand-picked from the best grapes in our Chardonnay vineyard in Wolfsheim. After direct whole-bunch pressing, the must was fermented in 225L barriques and stored for at least 24 months.
The result is the ride of the Valkyries on the taste buds as we only know it from Richard Wagner.
