Chardonnay Apocalypse Now! 2017

Our Reserve Chardonnay Apocalypse Now! is made from the best grapes hand-picked from our Chardonnay vineyard in the village of Wolfsheim. After direct whole-cluster pressing, the grapes are fermented in 225L barrique barrels and stored for at least 30 months.

Striking notes of liquorice along with the minerality and the ripe stone fruit of the Chardonnay turn this wine into an experience when savoured at +10°C in large glasses. Ideal for pairing with an outside skirt steak or hanger steak.

Due to the strict grape selection, only a small amount per vintage is available. The 2017 vintage was completely corked.
