About Heiko Antoniewicz

Chef, gourmet, developer, explorer, innovator, teacher, author, consultant, and seeker - above all, a lover of fine food and drink, with the ambition to further refine top-class products. We had the pleasure of testing his mustards, and fell in love.

Since 2006, he has been the go-to person for fellow chefs and both the gastronomy and the food industries when it comes to product development. He's also known for the creation of innovative and future-oriented concepts and organizational processes related to kitchens and catering, adopting forward-looking techniques. For this, he was voted a key influencer by the gastronomy scene for the fourth consecutive year in September 2019.

As an author and trainer, he lives by his credo: share knowledge.

Ingredients: Tarragon Mustard | 85% MUSTARD (Water, MUSTARD SEEDS, Spirit Vinegar, Table Salt, Spices, Sugar), 11% medium-hot mustard (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt, sugar, spices), 1.7% light mustard seeds, 1.7% tarragon, 0.4% dark mustard seeds, tomato concentrate, maple syrup, food colouring (Carrier: Sunflower oil, Colourant: Beta-carotene, Brilliant Blue FCF).

Ingredients: Cucumber, dill, mustard | Natural mineral water, mustard seeds, 40% cucumbers (cucumbers, water, table salt, sugar), honey, spirit vinegar, Kalahari salt, sugar, 5% dill, turmeric.
