L'Étoile Des Rosés Late Release 2016

Our L'Étoile des Rosés Late Release combines the grapes Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir with the fresh minerality of our marl-limestone terroir.

A very dry and mineral rosé from Neverland, which fully shows its charm in the finish. This is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir, the opposite pair of red grape varieties.

This 2016 vintage impressively shows the enjoyment highlights that high-quality rosés reveal when they are allowed to mature. Our L'Étoile des Rosés Late Release is a delight as a dry, fresh rosé that has it all. With elegance, balance and full flavor, it brings the Neverland drinking flow at a high level that turns evenings into experiences.

A subtle nose that underlines the spice of the Cabernet Sauvignon with herbs, hints of stone fruit and red fruits. In the mouth, there are more subtle fruity notes such as cherry, peach and red berries, with a green spice (willow), a little brioche and wonderful freshness with subtle roasted aromas in the finish.

Our L'Étoile des Rosés goes excellently with fried fish or white meat with zucchini and tomato... but it is also an absolute delight on its own.
