Opus K Cuvée Prestige 2022

With notes of apple peel, citrus fruits and a hint of smoke, it combines freshness, depth and elegance to create an unforgettable moment of enjoyment.

A prestigious white wine cuvée with a captivating arc, created for and with the delicatessen institution Käfer in Munich.

Together with sommelier and maître d' Alessandro Borioni, a superlative Burgundy cuvée with a vibrant finish was created. What emerged here in Vendersheim, or more precisely "Outside 2," during a jam session for the palate, could only have arisen in the surreal setting of Neverland Vineyards. This Burgundian symphony with a touch of funk, which was only tangible on the palate for a few seconds shortly after midnight that evening, is now making the world of fine food and Neverland vibrate with flavour profiles elsewhere as well. The rest is history.

The vintage is limited to 1200 bottles.

13.5% alcohol. Contains sulphites. Certified organic according to DE-ÖKO-039.
