Riesling Estate 2023
A tiny bit of spritz and it tastes as if it might have a tiny bit of residual sugar. Lime blossom on the nose with hints of petrol on the farthermost edges. Lime acidity on the central line, then stones and greengage and a little sneer of lettuce-milk bitterness. Pulled tightly together and bracing.

We at Neverland want to think ahead where others stop. Riesling is also one of our favourite grape varieties and is grown on limestone marl soil. Organically managed, we show what vital soils and 100% healthy harvests can achieve.
Straightforward, mineral and easy to drink but long on the palate at the same time. Showing the micro-location without wood and distractions is what we are all about with our Riesling Estate.
Cheers!
