Our Silvaner Alte Reben Réserve was selected from the best grapes from our oldest Silvaner vineyard in Vendersheim and, after direct whole-cluster pressing, was spontaneously fermented in 225L barrique barrels and stored for at least 20 months.
Our recommendation for maximum enjoyment? Savour it at at least +10°C in large glasses with lamb, outside skirt or onglet for an unforgettable experience.
Due to the strict selection, only a small amount per vintage is available for sale. The 2021 vintage was completely bottled with cork.
13.5% alcohol. Quality Rheinhessen wine. Contains sulphites. Certified organic according to DE-ÖKO-039.
