Smells of yellow fruit, pear, and citrus. Soft and elegant on the palate, with fine spice and very well-integrated oak. Delicately chiselled acidity, citrus notes, and an extract that’s beautifully showcased with a light touch. An elegant cuvée, crafted with subtle nuance — gastronomic in character.

Unartig. German for naughty, and Neverland for unconventional.

A prestige cuvée that has been created in collaboration with exceptional sommelier and maître André Macionga (Restaurant Tim Raue**, Berlin).

At the beginning, a fine note of elderberry lures in the nose. Then a hint of white pepper mixes in. Freshly raised, the wine leaves an aroma of unripe melon in combination with the crisp acidity of green apple. In the shade of green and light yellow, it is wonderfully refreshing.

In the second round, with development through a little oxygen, the wine gains new facets. Elderberry and the breeze of pepper remain. Now, however, white peach mixes into the bouquet. Grapefruit also complements the taste profile. In addition to the freshness of grapefruit, numerous herbs that are reminiscent of essential oils unfold as companions. The excellent acid structure reinforces the multi-layered complexity on the palate. This structure is also retained in the outlet. Its taste is a reminder of the feeling when the first sunny day of spring knocks on the door after a long, cold winter.

A Top 10 winner of the Falstaff 48-Hour Trophy 2025. Currently being poured at Kiosque (Hamburg) and Macionga (Berlin).

13.5% alcohol. Contains sulphites. Certified organic according to DE-ÖKO-039.
