Citrus and ripe yellow fruit, yellow kiwi. Initially, a full-bodied mouthfeel on the palate, developing tension and density on a mellow background. Fine phenols underpin the tightly-woven structure with vivid and precise acidity.

A white wine that perfectly matches Wagyu beef? It's Viking Queen. As surreal as Neverland in Rheinhessen and yet exactly as it should be. This cuvée prestige delivers and elevates Wagyu to a new level of enjoyment.

Hedonistic pleasure made in heaven, but just as subtle and multi-faceted as chef and organic Wagyu cattle breeder Ludwig 'Lucki' Maurer of STOI fame, for whom this wine was made. Lucki gave us the impulse and input for the cuvée. The rest is history.
