Weissburgunder Mineral 2021

Weissburgunder is also one of our favorite grape varieties and we grow it on cool limestone marl soil. Organically farmed, we show here what a reduction in yield and 100% healthy grapes can do.

Our Weissburgunder mineral is about showing this without wood and distractions. Straightforward, crisp and with a decent pull that lingers long on the palate.
