Our 3-bottle Winter Inspiration Red package includes one bottle of 0.75l each:

• 2021 Pinot Noir Estate red wine, 12.5% ​​alcohol 
• 2020 Vendersheim Pinot Noir red wine, 12.5% ​​alcohol
  
• 2019 Saint Vendersheim Cuvée Prestige, 13.5% alcohol 

2021 Pinot Noir Estate red wine dry ORGANIC*

The grapes from our Pinot Noir Estate come from a slightly warmer location and are therefore a little more lush for Pinot Noir standards; but offer elegance and drinkability due to their deep roots in the limestone marl terroir.

2020 Vendersheim Pinot Noir red wine dry ORGANIC*

Vendersheim is where these grapes grow. Through selective work in the vineyard throughout the year, this wine shows the character of its microclimate in a rather cool expression. Pure vibration and inspiration for everyone who has discovered Pinot Noir for themselves.

Matured in French barrique barrels until bottling in 2023 and bottled unfiltered.

Notes of cherries but chilled, taut, elegant notes of red fruits, lots of cherries but subtle, spice, a little pepper, also darker notes, like a dance on the tongue.

2019 Saint Vendersheim Cuvée Prestige*

The last few years with fantastic summers have shown that our Cabernet Sauvignons on calcareous soils produce grapes that catapult us into other regions. And so in 2019 we selectively harvested our ripe Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir grapes by hand and then fermented them spontaneously on the mash. The aging in 225L barriques for over 20 months has given the wine even more breadth, depth and balance.

When the young wines were ready to go, we blended this cuvée together with sommelier Felix Fuchs from the restaurant Tulus Lotrek (★, Berlin) in Vendersheim.

We are delighted with this exciting taste experience, which is not yet settled in its youth and is therefore constantly showing new facets. The best time for this wine is now. Because the development it is currently making makes the heart of every wine explorer beat faster, something is happening here; sometimes subtle, sometimes a little more succinct.

The result is certainly in a different league than the price would suggest, but we want to make this experience possible for as many of our wine explorers as possible. However, with a total of 900 bottles of the second vintage, not everyone will be able to enjoy this wine.
