Single-grape wine
Pinot Noir Estate 2021
Spicy aromas, light tobacco, autumn leaves, dill, ripe cherries, plums, freshly roasted coffee beans. On the palate, dense extract, fine, firm tannins, fruit and spice closely interwoven, fine acidity, fresh, juicy and invigorating, with good length.

Pinot Noir is a love at second sip - at least for us. After a long evening with French Pinot Noirs in a wine bar in Oslo, we felt and experienced the drinkability, elegance and exciting vibration in our barrels.
The grapes from our Pinot Noir Estate come from a slightly warmer location and are thus a little more lush for Pinot Noir standards; but offer elegance and drinking glassiness due to their deep roots in the limestone marl terroir.
If you're into Pinot Noir, then you must also uncover our Vendersheim Pinot Noir 2020.
